I followed a community post link but didn't get my reward

1. Check if the link has expired. You can find the reward's expiration date in the post. Note that you can claim the gift only once.
2. Ensure that you follow the link in the corresponding community:
   • on the official website if you play on hero-wars.com,
   • in stories of the official Facebook page if you play on Facebook.
3. The reward is sent in a letter to your in-game mail. Try reloading the page with the game if the letter does not appear.
