If you play on hero-wars.com:
- Click Menu in the upper-right corner and then press the Support button in the pop-up window:
- Select the category relevant to your question.
- You will see the article list. Select the subject you have a question about. Make sure to check the information presented in the article, as you may find the answer to your question there.
- If the information does not answer your question, press Submit a request.
If you play the version of the game available on Facebook, click the Get help button in the bottom-right corner of the screen to submit a ticket.
