If you have not found the answer to your question in the Help Center, contact our Support team. Our specialists will review your inquiry.

Please select a relevant question category: it helps our specialists solve your problem faster. For example, you must choose Payment issues if you have not received purchased goods.

If you play on

  1. Click Menu in the upper-right corner and then press the Support button in the pop-up window:

  2. Select the category relevant to your question.
  3. You will see the article list. Select the subject you have a question about. Make sure to check the information presented in the article, as you may find the answer to your question there.
  4. If the information does not answer your question, press Submit a request.

If you play the version of the game available on Facebook, click the Get help button in the bottom-right corner of the screen to submit a ticket.
