If you play on, click the Support button. You can find it within the Menu located in the bottom-right corner:

If you play the version of the game available on Facebook, click the Support button in the bottom-right corner of the screen to submit a ticket.

Describe your issue in detail. Our specialists will review your inquiry.

Please select a relevant question category: it helps our specialists solve your problem faster. For example, you must choose Payment issues if you have not received purchased goods.
