I accidentally used/spent/equipped/upgraded something

Our Support team can cancel any single action as long as:

  • It is the latest action of a particular type. For example, if you create and equip an item, we will be able to cancel only the latter action, i.e., equipping the item.
  • You made it in the last 24 hours.
  • It does not imply any random rewards. We cannot revert events like opening a Heroic Chest or Summoning Sphere.
  • It does not affect other players on your server.
  • It does not grant you additional rewards (e.g., in quests that require using emeralds).
