You can log in to Hero Wars: Dominion Era using your email and password, a Google or Facebook account. To find your original progress, try signing out of the current account and signing in again using other login methods.
To do so, go to the Menu by clicking three lines in the upper-right corner of the game tab, scroll down, and click Log out.
First, try signing in with Google or Facebook.
If it has not helped, log out again and try signing in using an email and password. Double-check if you have entered them correctly.
Note
If you have forgotten your password, try resetting it using the Forgot password button.
If you still cannot access your account, contact our Support team and describe the situation. You need to provide the following information about your account:
- team name (nickname),
- Guild name (if any),
- number of your server,
- your account email,
- screenshot of the receipt of any transaction (if any).
