To contact Xsolla through the payment window, click on the cat icon in the bottom-right corner and select the communication method.
To create a request via email, follow this link and scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the Submit a Ticket menu. Fill out all the required fields. If you do not have a Transaction Number or your question is not about a particular purchase, enter random numbers in this field.
