How to clear browser cache

Clearing cache allows you to get rid of outdated files and speed up your browser. Check out a video instruction on our official YouTube channel:

Google Chrome
  1. Open your browser.
  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Del at the same time.
    • Otherwise, go to Menu and click Clear browsing data.

  3. Select a time range. The preferred option is All time.
  4. Make sure to check the Cached images and files box.

  5. Click Clear data.
Opera
  1. Open your browser.
  2. Press Ctrl + H at the same time.
  3. Click Clear Browsing Data in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  4. Select a time range. The preferred option is All time.
  5. Make sure to check the Cached images and files box.

  6. Click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox
  1. Open your browser.
  2. Go to Menu. It looks like three horizontal lines in the upper-right corner — mceclip4.png.
  3. Click Settings.

  4. Click Privacy & Security.

  5. Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data panel and click Clear Data.

  6. Make sure to check the Cached Web Content box.

  7. Click Clear.
Microsoft Edge
  1. Open your browser.
  2. Go to Menu. It looks like three dots in the upper-right corner — mceclip2.png.
  3. Click Settings.

  4. Click Privacy, search, and services.

  5. Scroll down to Clear browsing data and click Choose what to clear.

  6. Select a time range. The preferred option is All time.
  7. Make sure to check the Cached images and files box.

  8. Click Clear now.
Safari
  1. Open your browser.
  2. Click History and then Clear History.
  3. Select a time range. The preferred option is All history.
  4. Click Clear History.
