If you are experiencing any issues with application loading or performance, or if the application or some elements of it do not work properly, please follow these steps
- clear the browser's cache (how to do this: https://herowars.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/218328347 )
- upgrade Adobe Flash Player and browser versions. You can install the actual Flash Player version here: https://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
- try to use another browser
- disable AdBlock or any other blocking plug-ins
- temporarily disable your antivirus software and firewall as they can prevent game data transferring to the server.
Please note: we kindly ask you to use all of these steps in case if one of them doesn't resolve the problem.
