If you want to delete a game profile on a certain server, contact our Support team. In your inquiry, mention the ID of the profile you want to delete. You can find it by clicking your avatar in the game.
Our team does not delete:

Profiles with negative emerald balance.
- Profiles with the highest team level on the account, even if they are low-level / VIP 1-11.
Note that all resources you have on that server will be permanently deleted as well.
